Fantastical 2 lets you quickly toggle multiple calendars on or off with a single click, so you can focus on what's more important in that moment. The days of going back and forth, clicking multiple times, just to hide and show your calendars are over. You can create calendar groups in the On My Mac section of the calendar list. On top of the handy audio recording, Pear Note can record video with the audio when you need visuals. There’s even support for slides, so you can import PDFs, PowerPoint, or Keynote files and PearNote jumps to the moment in the recording when you change slides. English (United States) Apple has made an attempt to have Reminders be the default to-do list of the casual computer user. Unfortunately, they fell short making the experience fluid. However, Fantastical makes up where they lack. With Fantastical 2, the experience of adding, viewing, and interacting with reminders makes it feel as if Reminders is a natural extension of the calendar. Whether you use Apple's iCloud, Google's Gmail, Microsoft's Outlook or Exchange, or something else, it's easy to set up all your calendar accounts and have them sync to your iPhone or iPad. You can enable iCloud when you first set up your new iPhone or iPad, or enable any service at any time in Settings.

The desktop calendar space for macOS had long been ruled by options putting functionality over aesthetics or options that came close to usable, but slightly missed the mark (Apple’s own Calendar app).
Agenda is Mac-only for now, but the developer says that an iOS version will be launched in the first half of 2018. That won’t be a deal-breaker for everyone, but it does preclude me from making it my full-time note-taking app. After I began testing Agenda, I took some notes about last week’s issue of MacStories Weekly. Almost immediately, I found myself in Slack on my iPad with Federico and Ryan wanting to refer back to a note but couldn’t.
Some features are not available compared to Evernote, etc.

Timepage is one of the most beautiful calendar apps for iPhone and iPad. This paid app comes from the same company that sells Moleskine notebooks, the ones you see on display at bookstores around the world. The app shares the same minimalist design ethos as the paper books. You can choose a color scheme for your calendar, and no matter which option you pick, it still looks sleek and clean. Swiping left and right takes you to a month view and the app settings, while going up and down scrolls you through a day by day view of your agenda. Timepage has page-turning and scrolling sound effects for your vertical and horizontal swipes, too.
